天主，使我作你和平的工具，

在有仇恨的地方，
讓我播種仁愛；在有殘害的地方，

在有絕望的地方，
讓我播種希望；在有黑暗的地方，

讓我播種寬恕；
在有猜疑的地方；讓我播種信任。

讓我播種光明；
在有憂苦的地方；讓我播種喜樂。

我不企求他人的安慰，
只求安慰他人；

我不企求他人的諒解，
只求諒解他人；

我不企求他人的愛護，
只求愛護他人。

因為在施捨他人時，
